Broken Pipe Floods Apartment Building

When a pipe bursts on the 5th floor of an apartment building it affected multiple rooms around it and below it. Leaving many residents of the apartment building left without power or a place to stay due to the flood. Our team here at SERVPRO Marshalltown has trained and been certified to handle situations just like this we quickly arrived on the scene and began the water extraction process. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we removed the water and began the drying process. We set multiple air movers like our AirMax, VELO Pro, and AM Pro. We also place dehumidifiers to help remove any water in the air.
